Persistent Integration Error/Failure

I persistently get the error noted in the screenshot when attempting to set up the connection with health data. There are no pre-existing health2notion connections in any of my notion pages. I am running ios 27.0.1 on an iphone 15pro, and Beta Updates are turned off. Please advise.
