Health2Notion has a number of metrics that you can sync, sadly Sleep &amp; Workouts are not one of them…. The database created by Health2Notion is good enough, but we can go further by grouping, sorting, filtering… and that’s not possible using the Notion API, so the feature here is to create Notion templates that could directly integrate with Health2Notion to offer better readability on your metrics ! Although i’m pretty sure you’re a Notion wizard already !

Love the app. Can we get resting heart rate and heart rate variability to import too? and mindful minutes. Thanks!

the app is pretty straight forward, but i want to add videos about how to use it and especially how you could use the data in Notion ( with charts, grouping… )
